By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and measurements are approximate and given as a guide.
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all orders and no further charges are added at checkout.
For orders over £135, import VAT and customs duty may be payable on delivery. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, we cannot obtain payment authorisation, there is a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Goods are dispatched from China and delivered in the UK by Royal Mail. Risk passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that change of mind returns must be sent to our address in China at your own cost.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and product photography, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape our content.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for private and domestic use.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs holds, strikes, severe weather or supply chain disruption. Where a delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there. As a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
